“I really believe that we will always follow through with who we believe that we are and we'll never be able to do something that is inconsistent with our identity. So, if you don't believe you're the kind of person who would X, Y, Z, your brain's not even going to question if you can or not, because that's not who I am. So, whenever I'm working with someone, for example, I'm always making sure that whatever the changes I help create, whether it's from anxiety to confidence or whatever, the happiness, like whenever I help them get that result, we make sure that that becomes a part of their identity so that way it actually sticks long term.”
